• shipping method - We take extra precautions when packaging your furniture for shipment. Each shipment goes out on a pallet, and the boxes are banded together, shrink-wrapped, then surrounded by a protective outer shell of wood. Although it costs more to do this, the end result means fewer damaged shipments and much happier customers. Most of our competitors will simply ship the individual boxes loose (not even on a pallet), then make YOU file the damage claim when your furniture arrives in splinters.
  
  
• handling of damage and/or defects - In the rare case where there is damage, we handle the freight claim for you. All we ask is that you note any damage to the OUTSIDE of the boxes on the delivery receipt, then inspect the furniture within 48 hours and notify us of any concealed damage or product defects. Our shipping manager will contact you to come to an acceptabe resolution. You can be rest assured that each case is handled promptly and with a level of professionalism that you simply will not find among ANY of our competitors.
